Dr. Luba grew up in northern New Jersey and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. After a residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, she opened Allstate Dental on Bloomfield Avenue in 1994 with a single chair, a single assistant, and a clear vision: bring unhurried, high-quality family dentistry to Newark.
Three decades and tens of thousands of patients later, she's still doing the same thing — only now with a bigger team, modern technology, and patients whose kids and grandkids now sit in her chair too.

Beyond the office
When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Luba enjoys hiking, cooking, and time with her family. She lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and two kids. She's a longtime supporter of local food banks, Newark public schools, and the Essex County Dental Society's annual Give Kids a Smile day — where Allstate Dental provides free care to uninsured children every February.
